Ingredients

1 lb thinly sliced beef

1 tbsp olive oil

1 onion sliced

1 green bell pepper sliced

1 red bell pepper sliced

1 cup mushrooms sliced

3 cloves garlic minced

4 cups beef broth

1 cup heavy cream

2 cups provolone cheese shredded

1 tsp salt

1/2 tsp black pepper


Instructions
