Ingredients
2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated
12 slices pepperoni
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. Place small piles of shredded mozzarella cheese onto the prepared baking sheet.
3. Sprinkle parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning over each pile.
4. Add one pepperoni slice on top of each cheese pile.
5. Bake for 8–10 minutes until golden brown and crispy around the edges.
6. Remove from the oven and let cool for several minutes to crisp fully.
7. Garnish with parsley and serve warm.
