Ingredients

1 loaf sourdough bread

8 oz brie cheese

1/2 cup cranberry sauce

4 tbsp butter

3 cloves garlic

1 tbsp fresh thyme

1 tbsp fresh rosemary

1/2 tsp salt

1/2 tsp black pepper

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2. Cut the sourdough bread into a grid pattern without slicing through the bottom.

3. Slice the brie and tuck pieces evenly into the bread cuts.

4. Melt butter and mix with minced garlic, thyme, and rosemary.

5. Brush the butter mixture all over the bread, making sure it seeps into the cuts.

6. Spoon cranberry sauce over the top and into the crevices.

7. Wrap loosely in foil and bake for 15 minutes.

8. Uncover and bake another 10 minutes until golden and crispy.

9. Serve warm and enjoy the gooey pull-apart texture.

Notes

Use slightly stale sourdough for better structure and texture.

Let the brie come to room temperature for easier slicing and melting.

Cover with foil during baking to prevent burning while allowing the cheese to melt fully.
