Description

This Oatmeal Cookie Cold Brew is a creamy, cozy iced coffee drink that tastes like a chilled oatmeal cookie in a glass. Made with smooth cold brew, oat milk, brown sugar, vanilla, and cinnamon, it is a quick breakfast drink, easy recipe, sweet coffee idea, refreshing afternoon pick-me-up, and delicious homemade café-style drink.

Ingredients

1 cup cold brew coffee

1/2 cup oat milk

1 tablespoon brown sugar

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon

1 pinch salt

1 cup ice

2 tablespoons whipped oat cream or cold foam, optional

1 pinch cinnamon sugar, optional

Instructions

1. Add brown sugar, vanilla extract, cinnamon, salt, and 2 tablespoons oat milk to a jar.

2. Shake until creamy and mostly dissolved.

3. Fill a tall glass with ice.

4. Pour cold brew coffee over the ice.

5. Add the oatmeal cookie mixture.

6. Pour in the remaining oat milk.

7. Stir gently or leave slightly layered.

8. Top with cold foam and cinnamon sugar if desired.

9. Serve immediately.

Notes

Use cold brew concentrate for a stronger coffee flavor.

Shake the cinnamon mixture well because cinnamon can settle.

Add more brown sugar for a sweeter dessert-style drink.
