Ingredients
1 1/2 cups Biscoff cookie crumbs
3 tablespoons melted butter
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup Biscoff cookie butter
1 cup heavy whipping cream
1 cup whipped cream, for topping
6 whole Biscoff cookies, for garnish
2 tablespoons crushed Biscoff cookies, for topping
Instructions
1. Mix Biscoff cookie crumbs with melted butter until evenly moistened.
2. Divide the crumb mixture between 6 small dessert cups and press gently.
3. Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla, and Biscoff cookie butter until smooth.
4. Whip heavy cream in a separate bowl until soft to medium peaks form.
