Ingredients
1 cup Greek yogurt
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
1 teaspoon peppermint extract
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 drops green food coloring optional
1/3 cup mini chocolate chips
1 pinch salt
Instructions
1. Add the Greek yogurt, almond milk, protein powder, honey, peppermint extract, vanilla extract, and salt to a blender.
2. Blend until smooth and creamy.
3. Add green food coloring if desired and blend briefly.
4. Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
