Ingredients

1 cup butter

2 cups granulated sugar

4 large eggs

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

3/4 cup cocoa powder

1 cup all-purpose flour

1/2 teaspoon salt

2 cups powdered sugar

1/2 cup butter

1 teaspoon mint extract

3 drops green food coloring

1 cup chocolate chips

1/4 cup heavy cream


Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 350°F and line a 9×13 baking pan with parchment paper.

2. Melt butter and mix with sugar until smooth.

3. Add eggs and vanilla extract, mixing well.

6. Beat butter, powdered sugar, mint extract, and food coloring until creamy.

7. Spread mint layer over cooled brownies and refrigerate until firm.

8. Melt chocolate chips with heavy cream until smooth.

9. Pour chocolate over mint layer and spread evenly.

10. Chill until set, then slice and serve.
