Ingredients
4 large russet potatoes
1/2 lb shrimp peeled and deveined
1/2 cup crab meat
2 tbsp butter
1/2 cup heavy cream
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

2 cloves garlic minced
2 green onions chopped
1/2 tsp paprika

Instructions
