8 oz wide rice noodles

2 tbsp vegetable oil

3 cloves garlic

2 red chili peppers

1 cup bell peppers

1/2 cup onion

1 cup chicken or shrimp or tofu

2 tbsp soy sauce

1 tbsp oyster sauce

1 tbsp fish sauce

1 tbsp brown sugar

1 cup fresh basil leaves


Instructions

1. Cook or soak the rice noodles according to package directions until tender, then drain and set aside.

2. In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, fish sauce, and brown sugar until smooth.

3. Heat oil in a wok or large skillet over high heat.

4. Add garlic and chili peppers, stir-frying until fragrant.
