Ingredients
12 Medjool dates
1 cup whole milk ricotta cheese
3 tablespoons honey
1/3 cup shelled pistachios, finely chopped

1 teaspoon orange zest
1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 pinch sea salt
Instructions
1. Slice each date lengthwise without cutting all the way through, then remove the pits.
2. Stir ricotta, vanilla extract, orange zest, cinnamon, and sea salt in a small bowl until creamy.
3. Spoon or pipe the ricotta filling into each date.
4. Drizzle the stuffed dates with honey.
