Homemade Big Mac Sauce

Homemade Big Mac Sauce

  • Author: Olivia McKenney
  • Total Time: 5 minutes (plus 1 hour chill)
  • Yield: About ¾ cup

Description

This Homemade Big Mac Sauce is a spot-on copycat of the iconic McDonald’s burger sauce. Creamy, zesty, slightly sweet, and tangy—it’s the perfect condiment for burgers, fries, wraps, and more.

Ingredients

½ cup mayonnaise

2 tablespoons sweet pickle relish

1 tablespoon yellow mustard

1 teaspoon white vinegar

½ teaspoon garlic powder

½ teaspoon onion powder

½ teaspoon paprika

Pinch of sugar

Instructions

1. Add all ingredients into a medium mixing bowl.

2. Whisk together until fully smooth and well combined.

3. Transfer to a glass jar or airtight container.

4. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before using to enhance flavor.

5. Serve with burgers, fries, or wraps as desired.

Notes

For best flavor, let the sauce chill for at least one hour before serving.

Use sweet pickle relish (not dill) to stay true to the classic taste.

Always store in a clean, airtight jar to maintain freshness up to 1 week.
