2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
2 cups milk
4 tbsp butter
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions
1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the elbow macaroni until al dente. Drain and set aside.
2. Cut the Velveeta cheese into cubes and prepare the shredded cheddar cheese.
3. Add the cooked macaroni to the crockpot along with Velveeta, cheddar cheese, milk, and butter.
4. Cover and cook on low for 2 to 3 hours, stirring occasionally until the cheese is fully melted and creamy.

Notes
Use freshly shredded cheddar for better melting and texture.
Stir occasionally to prevent the cheese from sticking to the sides.
Add a splash of milk when reheating to keep it creamy.
