Description

Creamy Velveeta Spaghetti with Italian Beef Marinara is the ultimate cozy dinner recipe—cheesy, hearty, and layered with rich Italian flavor. Velveeta adds that silky-smooth melt that clings to perfectly cooked spaghetti, while the Italian-seasoned beef marinara makes it a filling and family-approved dish.

Ingredients

1 lb ground beef

12 oz spaghetti noodles

8 oz Velveeta cheese, cubed

15 oz crushed tomatoes

2 tablespoons tomato paste

2 teaspoons Italian seasoning

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 small onion, chopped

Salt & black pepper, to taste

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 cup shredded mozzarella (optional, for topping)

2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Sauté chopped onions for 3–4 minutes until soft. Add garlic and cook another minute.

2. Add ground beef, breaking it apart while cooking. Season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Cook until browned; drain excess fat.

3. Stir in crushed tomatoes and tomato paste. Let simmer for 10 minutes to deepen the flavor.

4. Add Velveeta cubes into the sauce. Stir constantly until fully melted and creamy.

5. Meanwhile, boil spaghetti in salted water according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

6. Toss the cooked spaghetti into the skillet with the creamy beef marinara. Combine well.

7. (Optional) Transfer to an oven-safe dish, sprinkle mozzarella on top, and broil for 2–3 minutes until bubbly.

8. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.

Notes

Stir constantly when melting Velveeta to avoid burning or separating.

For freezer storage, portion pasta into airtight containers before topping with mozzarella.

Add a splash of milk when reheating to bring back the creaminess.
