Description

Ingredients

1/2 cup unsalted butter

2 cloves fresh garlic, minced

1 tablespoon lemon juice

1 tablespoon chopped parsley

1 tablespoon chopped chives

1 teaspoon dried dill

1/2 teaspoon paprika

1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes

1/2 cup mayonnaise

1/2 cup sour cream

1/4 cup buttermilk (adjust for desired consistency)

Salt and black pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute. Remove from heat and let cool.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sour cream, and buttermilk until smooth.
  3. Stir in parsley, chives, dill, lemon juice, paprika, and red pepper flakes.
  4. Add the cooled garlic butter mixture to the bowl. Whisk until fully combined.
  5. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  6. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving. Stir before each use.
