1 teaspoon vanilla extract

2 tablespoons honey or sweetener

6 chocolate sandwich cookies, crushed

1 pinch salt

Instructions

1. Add the protein powder, Greek yogurt, milk, vanilla extract, sweetener, and salt to a blender. Blend until smooth.

2. Refrigerate the mixture for 20 minutes to chill the base.

3. Crush the chocolate sandwich cookies into small chunks.

4. Pour the chilled mixture into an ice cream maker or Ninja Creami container and churn according to manufacturer instructions.

5. Fold the crushed cookies into the ice cream mixture.

6. Transfer to a freezer-safe container and freeze for 1 to 2 hours until firm.

7. Scoop into bowls and serve with extra cookie crumbs if desired.

Notes

Use full-fat Greek yogurt for the creamiest texture.

Let the ice cream sit at room temperature for a few minutes before scooping.

Fold in the cookies gently to keep crunchy cookie pieces throughout the ice cream.
