Description

Creamy, festive, and no-bake, these Christmas Truffles are packed with white chocolate, cranberries, and pistachios. Rolled in powdered sugar for a snowy finish, they’re the perfect sweet gift or holiday dessert.

Ingredients

2 cups white chocolate chips

1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 cup dried cranberries, chopped

3/4 cup pistachios, chopped

1/2 cup powdered sugar (for coating)

Instructions

1. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the white chocolate chips in 30-second increments, stirring each time until smooth.

2. Stir in the sweetened condensed milk and vanilla extract until fully combined.

3. Fold in the chopped cranberries and pistachios until evenly distributed.

4. Cover the mixture and refrigerate for 1 hour until firm.

5. Use a small cookie scoop or spoon to portion the mixture, rolling each piece into a ball.

6. Roll the truffles in powdered sugar and place on parchment-lined tray.

7. Store in the fridge or serve immediately.

Notes

Use a cookie scoop to keep truffle sizes uniform for better presentation and even chilling.

For extra flavor, add a pinch of orange zest or cinnamon to the mix.

Truffles freeze well! Just thaw in the fridge before serving.
