Ingredients
2 ripe pears
1/2 cup fresh cranberries
1/3 cup crumbled feta cheese
2 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon fresh thyme leaves
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 375°F and lightly grease a baking dish.
2. Slice the pears in half lengthwise and remove the cores carefully.
3. Arrange the pear halves cut-side up in the baking dish.
4. Brush the pears with olive oil and drizzle lightly with honey.
5. Fill each pear center with cranberries and crumbled feta cheese.
6. Sprinkle with thyme, cinnamon, and black pepper.
7. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes until the pears are tender and caramelized.
8. Remove from the oven and drizzle with additional honey before serving warm.
Notes
Use firm pears so they hold their shape during baking.
Fresh thyme adds the best flavor, but dried thyme can work in smaller amounts.
For extra crunch, sprinkle chopped walnuts or pecans on top before serving.
