Spooky, cheesy, and just the right size for snacking—these Adorable Mini Ghost Pizzas are the perfect Halloween treat for kids and grown-ups alike! Shaped like friendly little ghosts with gooey mozzarella and bold marinara, they’re fun to make and even more fun to eat.
Ingredients
1 lb mini pizza dough
½ cup marinara or pizza sauce
6 slices mozzarella cheese
4 black olives
½ cup shredded cheddar or mozzarella (optional)
Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Roll out the mini pizza dough on a floured surface to ¼ inch thick. Cut into small rounds and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
2. Spoon a thin layer of marinara sauce onto each dough round, leaving a border around the edge.
3. Use a ghost-shaped cookie cutter to cut out mozzarella ghosts. Place one ghost on each pizza round.
4. Slice black olives into small circles and place them on the ghosts as eyes.
5. (Optional) Sprinkle shredded cheddar or mozzarella around each ghost for extra cheese and color.
6. Bake for 10–12 minutes or until cheese is melted and edges are golden.
7. Cool slightly, then serve warm!
Notes
If you don’t have a ghost cookie cutter, use a knife to freehand cut the mozzarella into ghost shapes.
Don’t overload the sauce—too much will prevent the cheese from sticking well.
Bake on the middle rack for even browning and melting.
