Ingredients
2 cups cooked shredded chicken
2 cups frozen mixed vegetables (peas, carrots, corn, green beans)
6 slices crispy cooked bacon, crumbled
1 can cream of chicken soup (10.5 oz)
1 cup milk (for filling)
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
Salt and pepper to taste
2 cups baking mix (like Bisquick)
2⁄3 cup milk (for biscuit topping)
1 1⁄2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped (optional garnish)
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a 9×13 baking dish.
2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, mixed vegetables, bacon, cream of chicken soup, 1 cup milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Stir until creamy and evenly mixed.
3. Pour the chicken mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread it evenly.
4. In a separate bowl, stir together baking mix, 2⁄3 cup milk, and shredded cheddar cheese to form a thick biscuit batter.
5. Drop spoonfuls of the biscuit mixture over the chicken filling, spacing evenly. It’s okay if some of the filling shows.
6. Bake uncovered for 25–30 minutes, or until biscuits are golden brown and the filling is bubbling.
7. Remove from oven and let rest for 5 minutes. Garnish with chopped parsley if desired. Serve warm.

Make it ahead: Mix the filling a day in advance and refrigerate until ready to bake.
