Description
This White Chocolate Cherry Fudge is creamy, sweet, and packed with vibrant maraschino cherries for a festive touch. It’s easy to make with just a few ingredients and no candy thermometer needed. Perfect for gifting, holidays, or whenever your sweet tooth calls.
Ingredients
3 cups white chocolate chips
1 (14-ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
2 tablespoons unsalted butter
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup maraschino cherries, drained and chopped
Instructions
1. Line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper, leaving overhang on the sides. Lightly butter the parchment paper.
2. In a medium saucepan over low heat, combine the white chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and butter. Stir constantly until fully melted and smooth.
3. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract.
4. Gently fold in the chopped maraschino cherries until evenly distributed.
5. Pour the mixture into the prepared dish and smooth the top.
6. Refrigerate for at least 3 hours, or until firm.
7. Once set, lift the fudge out using the parchment paper and slice into squares. Serve or store.
Notes
Always drain and pat dry the cherries to prevent excess moisture in the fudge.
Use high-quality white chocolate chips for a smoother, more stable fudge.
Refrigerate the fudge before cutting for the cleanest slices.
