Fresh strawberries

Block feta cheese

Greek yogurt or cream cheese

Instructions

  1. Prep the strawberries: Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Hull and halve strawberries. Place on a parchment-lined sheet. Drizzle with olive oil and honey or maple syrup, and sprinkle with black pepper.
  2. Roast: Bake for 15-20 minutes until juicy and caramelized. Set aside.
