1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
1/4 tsp paprika or cracked black pepper (optional)
1 baguette or French bread, sliced for crostini

2. Transfer mixture to an oven-safe ramekin or small baking dish. Drizzle with olive oil.
3. Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 15-20 minutes, until bubbly and golden.
4. While baking, slice baguette into 1/2-inch pieces. Brush with olive oil and toast on a baking sheet at 375°F for 6-8 minutes.

Notes
Soften the cheeses before mixing for smoother blending.
Add a bit of roasted garlic for deeper flavor.
