Ingredients

2 cups penne pasta

2 boneless skinless chicken breasts

1 cup Velveeta cheese, cubed

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup heavy cream

2 tablespoons butter

1 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1 tablespoon chopped parsley (optional)


Instructions

1. Cook penne pasta in salted water until al dente. Drain and set aside.

2. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Grill or pan-sear over medium heat until golden brown and cooked through. Slice into chunks.

3. In a saucepan, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant.

4. Add heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer. Gradually add Velveeta and mozzarella, whisking until smooth.
