Ingredients
32 oz frozen hash browns (shredded or diced)
1 can cream of chicken soup (10.5 oz)
1 cup sour cream
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup melted butter
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 cup chopped green onions (optional)
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a 9×13-inch casserole dish.
2. In a large bowl, mix together hash browns, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, melted butter, cheddar cheese, salt, and pepper until well combined.
3. Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
