Ingredients
2 large chicken breasts, cubed
Salt and black pepper, to taste
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp paprika
2 tbsp olive oil
3 tbsp unsalted butter
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp honey
1 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
1 tsp lemon juice (optional)
1 tbsp chopped parsley (for garnish)
Instructions
- Pat chicken pieces dry and season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add chicken and sear on all sides until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant (30 seconds).
