Ingredients

2 large chicken breasts, cubed

Salt and black pepper, to taste

1 tsp garlic powder

1/2 tsp paprika

2 tbsp olive oil

3 tbsp unsalted butter

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 tbsp honey

1 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce

1 tsp lemon juice (optional)

1 tbsp chopped parsley (for garnish)


Instructions

  1. Pat chicken pieces dry and season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Add chicken and sear on all sides until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant (30 seconds).
  5. Stir in honey, soy sauce, and lemon juice. Simmer until slightly thickened.
  6. Return chicken to skillet and toss to coat in sauce.
  7. Cook for 1–2 minutes more, then garnish with parsley.
  8. Serve hot with your favorite sides.
