Ingredients

1 ½ pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized cubes

Salt and black pepper, to taste

2 tablespoons olive oil

4 tablespoons unsalted butter, divided

3 garlic cloves, minced

1 teaspoon smoked paprika (optional)

1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)

1 teaspoon onion powder

½ teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (adjust to heat preference)

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

Instructions

  1. Pat chicken cubes dry with a paper towel. Season with salt, pepper, onion powder, and smoked paprika.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Add chicken in a single layer. Sear without moving for 2–3 minutes, then flip and cook for another 2–3 minutes until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
  4. Lower heat to medium and add 2 tablespoons butter to the same skillet.
  5. Stir in garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  6. Add remaining butter, Worcestershire sauce, and red pepper flakes. Stir to combine.
  7. Return cooked chicken to skillet. Toss to coat in the garlic butter sauce and simmer for 2–3 minutes.
  8. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot.
