Chicken thighs
Brown sugar
Garlic cloves
Soy sauce
Butter
Olive oil

Instructions
- Pat chicken dry with paper towels. Cut into chunks if desired.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Season chicken with salt and pepper, then sear 3–4 minutes per side until golden. Remove and set aside.
- Reduce heat to medium. In the same skillet, melt butter and stir in garlic until fragrant.
- Add brown sugar and soy sauce. Stir until sugar dissolves and sauce thickens.
- Return chicken to the pan. Simmer 6–8 minutes, turning occasionally, until chicken is cooked and well-glazed.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
