1 teaspoon ground black pepper

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional)

1/2 teaspoon paprika

1 teaspoon cornstarch (for thickening the sauce)

2 tablespoons water

Instructions
