Description

A refreshing and simple layered treat made with creamy yogurt, juicy strawberries, and crunchy granola. Ideal for breakfast, snack time, or a light dessert that looks as beautiful as it tastes.

Ingredients

1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced

1 to 1.5 cups Greek or vanilla yogurt

1 cup granola of choice

1 tsp sugar (optional, for macerating strawberries)

1 tbsp honey or maple syrup (optional)

Fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Wash and slice the strawberries. If desired, mix with sugar and set aside for 10 minutes.
  2. Choose clear serving glasses or jars for a visual presentation.
  3. Start layering: add a spoonful of yogurt at the bottom of each glass.
  4. Add a layer of granola, then sliced strawberries.
  5. Repeat the layers until the glass is filled, ending with yogurt on top.
  6. Garnish with a sprinkle of granola, a whole strawberry, and a mint leaf.
  7. Serve immediately or refrigerate (without top granola) for up to 2 hours.
