Description

These Strawberry Crunch Cheesecake Tacos are the perfect mix of creamy, crispy, fruity, and fun. With sweetened cream cheese filling, juicy strawberries, and a buttery crumble inside a cinnamon sugar shell, this dessert is a party-ready delight that’s as tasty as it is eye-catching.

Ingredients

Taco shells (small tortillas or store-bought taco shells)

Melted butter (for brushing shells)

Cinnamon sugar (optional, for coating shells)

1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced

8 oz cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup powdered sugar

1 tsp vanilla extract

1/2 cup heavy whipping cream

10 Golden Oreos or 1 cup graham cracker crumbs

2 tbsp butter (melted, for crumble topping)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the shells: Fry tortillas or use store-bought shells. Brush with butter, sprinkle with cinnamon sugar, and bake until crisp.
  2. Make the filling: Beat softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form, then fold into cream cheese mixture.
  3. Slice strawberries: Wash, hull, and slice fresh strawberries. Optionally toss with sugar.
  4. Make the crumble: Crush cookies or graham crackers, mix with melted butter, and toast in the oven until golden. Let cool.
  5. Assemble: Fill each taco shell with cheesecake mixture, layer with strawberries, and sprinkle with crumble topping. Serve immediately.
