Description

If you’re craving a snack that’s both low-carb and totally addictive, these Spinach Dip Cheese Crisps are your answer. They combine the creamy flavor of spinach dip with the satisfying crunch of baked cheese into a bite-sized treat. Perfect for parties, quick snacks, or healthy lunchbox add-ins, this easy recipe is keto-friendly, gluten-free, and uses just a few simple ingredients. Whether you’re searching for “quick snacks,” “keto recipes,” “low-carb appetizers,” or “easy cheese recipes,” this one checks every box.

Ingredients

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1/2 cup frozen chopped spinach, thawed and well-drained

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon onion powder

1/2 teaspoon dried parsley (optional)

Instructions

1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.

2. In a medium bowl, mix together mozzarella, Parmesan, spinach, garlic powder, onion powder, and parsley until well combined.

3. Use a spoon or cookie scoop to portion small mounds of the mixture onto the baking sheet, leaving space between each.

4. Bake for 10–12 minutes or until edges are golden brown and crisp.

5. Let cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a plate or rack to serve.

Notes

Be sure to drain the spinach thoroughly to prevent sogginess.

Watch closely near the end of baking—cheese can go from golden to burnt quickly.

To add a spicy twist, sprinkle in red pepper flakes or chili powder.
