Tender chicken bites coated in a spicy Cajun honey butter glaze, tossed with creamy pasta for a bold, comforting dinner you’ll crave again and again.
Ingredients
1 lb chicken breast or thighs
2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
3 tbsp honey
3 tbsp butter
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
8 oz pasta (linguine or fettuccine)
1 tbsp olive oil
to taste salt and black pepper
Instructions
1. Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces and season with Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper.
2. Cook pasta in salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
3. Heat olive oil in a skillet and sear the chicken until golden and cooked through.
4. Lower heat and add butter, honey, and garlic to the skillet. Let it bubble, then toss in the chicken to coat.
5. Pour in heavy cream and Parmesan cheese. Stir until slightly thickened.
6. Toss the cooked pasta into the sauce until fully coated. Serve warm with extra sauce.
Notes
Adjust the spice level by increasing or reducing the Cajun seasoning.
Add a splash of cream when reheating to keep the sauce smooth.
