Ingredients

1 bunch kale

1 tablespoon olive oil

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon garlic powder (optional)

1/4 teaspoon paprika (optional)


Instructions

1. Wash the kale thoroughly and remove the stems, then tear into bite-sized pieces.

2. Dry the kale completely using a towel or salad spinner.

3. Place kale in a bowl, drizzle with olive oil, and massage gently.

4. Sprinkle salt and optional seasonings evenly over the kale.

5. Spread the kale in a single layer on a lined baking sheet.

6. Bake at 300°F (150°C) for 15–20 minutes, flipping halfway through.
