Ingredients
2 cups cooked chicken breast
12 oz penne pasta
2 cups Alfredo sauce
1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 cloves garlic minced
2 tablespoons butter
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
2 tablespoons fresh parsley chopped
Instructions
1. Cook the penne pasta in salted boiling water until al dente then drain.
2. In a skillet melt butter and sauté garlic then add chicken and season with salt and pepper.
3. In a large bowl combine cooked pasta chicken and Alfredo sauce and mix well.
4. Transfer mixture into a greased baking dish and spread evenly.
5. Top with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
6. Bake at 375°F for 20 to 25 minutes until bubbly and golden.
