A smoky, creamy twist on comfort food, this Savory Greek Chili Chicken Alfredo features golden-seared marinated chicken served over a bed of smoked feta alfredo sauce, with crispy parmesan asparagus and optional roasted garlic potatoes. Ingredients

1 lb chicken breast, diced

1/2 cup Greek yogurt

1 tsp chili flakes

1 tsp smoked paprika

3 garlic cloves, minced

1 tbsp olive oil

1/2 tsp seasoned salt

1/4 tsp black pepper

2 tbsp butter (for searing and sauce)

1 cup heavy cream

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1/3 cup crumbled smoked feta cheese

1 bunch asparagus, trimmed

1 tbsp olive oil (for roasting)

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (for asparagus)

Salt and pepper to taste

2 medium potatoes (optional), diced

1 tbsp olive oil (for potatoes)

1 tsp garlic powder (for potatoes)

1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)


Instructions

1. Combine Greek yogurt, chili flakes, smoked paprika, minced garlic, olive oil, seasoned salt, and black pepper in a bowl. Add diced chicken and mix to coat. Marinate for at least 30 minutes.

2. Preheat oven to 425°F. Toss asparagus with olive oil, salt, pepper, and parmesan. Spread on a sheet pan. In a separate bowl, toss diced potatoes with oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Spread on another sheet pan. Roast both for 20–25 minutes until golden and crispy.

3. In a hot cast iron skillet, melt 1 tbsp butter. Sear marinated chicken in batches until browned and cooked through, about 5–7 minutes. Set aside.

4. In a saucepan, melt remaining 1 tbsp butter. Sauté garlic until fragrant. Add heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer. Stir in Parmesan and smoked feta. Simmer until smooth and thickened, 5–8 minutes. Season with black pepper.

5. Plate by spooning Alfredo sauce onto serving dishes. Top with chicken, asparagus, and potatoes. Garnish with fresh parsley and a sprinkle of cracked black pepper.

Notes

For extra depth of flavor, marinate the chicken overnight.

If reheating, add a splash of cream to restore the sauce’s richness.
