1 yellow onion, diced

4 cups vegetable or chicken broth
1 (9-ounce) package cheese ravioli (fresh or refrigerated)

Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
- Add onion, carrots, and celery. Cook for 5–6 minutes until softened.
- Stir in garlic and cook for 1–2 minutes until fragrant.
