Description

A Raspberry Margarita is a bold, refreshing twist on the classic cocktail. Bursting with fresh raspberry flavor, balanced with lime and tequila, and beautifully served over ice in a sugar-rimmed glass, it’s the perfect sip for summer evenings or festive occasions.


Ingredients

1/2 cup fresh raspberries

2 oz blanco tequila

1 oz Triple Sec or Cointreau

1 oz fresh lime juice

1/2 oz simple syrup or agave nectar (adjust to taste)

Ice (for shaking and serving)

Sugar or salt (for rimming the glass)

Lime wedge & extra raspberries (for garnish)


Instructions

  1. Muddle the raspberries in a cocktail shaker until juicy and pulpy.
  2. Add tequila, Triple Sec, lime juice, and sweetener to the shaker.
  3. Fill with ice and shake vigorously for 15 seconds.
  4. Rim the glass with a lime wedge, then dip into sugar or salt.
  5. Add fresh ice to the glass and strain the cocktail mixture into it.
  6. Garnish with raspberries and a lime wheel. Serve immediately.
