Ingredients
1/2 cup fresh raspberries
2 oz blanco tequila
1 oz Triple Sec or Cointreau
1 oz fresh lime juice
1/2 oz simple syrup or agave nectar (adjust to taste)
Ice (for shaking and serving)
Sugar or salt (for rimming the glass)
Lime wedge & extra raspberries (for garnish)
Instructions
- Muddle the raspberries in a cocktail shaker until juicy and pulpy.
- Add tequila, Triple Sec, lime juice, and sweetener to the shaker.
- Fill with ice and shake vigorously for 15 seconds.
- Rim the glass with a lime wedge, then dip into sugar or salt.
- Add fresh ice to the glass and strain the cocktail mixture into it.
- Garnish with raspberries and a lime wheel. Serve immediately.
