Description
Pumpkin Spice Tiramisu is a cozy, no-bake twist on the classic Italian dessert. Layered with espresso-dipped ladyfingers, velvety pumpkin mascarpone cream, and a dusting of cocoa, it’s perfect for fall gatherings or a simple make-ahead treat.
Ingredients
16 oz mascarpone cheese
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup pumpkin puree
3/4 cup powdered sugar
2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups espresso or strong coffee (cooled)
2 packs ladyfingers (about 7 oz each)
2 tablespoons cocoa powder (for dusting)
Instructions
1. In a large bowl, beat together mascarpone, pumpkin puree, powdered sugar, pumpkin pie spice, and vanilla extract until smooth.
2. In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
3. Gently fold the whipped cream into the pumpkin mixture to create a light, fluffy filling.
4. Dip each ladyfinger briefly in cooled espresso, making sure not to over-soak.
5. Layer the bottom of a 9×13-inch dish with the soaked ladyfingers.
6. Spread half of the pumpkin mascarpone mixture over the ladyfingers and smooth evenly.
7. Add a second layer of espresso-dipped ladyfingers on top.
8. Spread the remaining pumpkin filling over the second layer.
9. Cover and refrigerate for at least 6 hours, or overnight for best results.
10. Before serving, dust the top generously with cocoa powder using a fine mesh sieve.
Notes
For best texture, use full-fat mascarpone and real heavy cream.
Do not over-soak the ladyfingers—just a quick dip in espresso does the trick.
Letting the tiramisu rest overnight enhances both flavor and structure.
