Description
Golden pan-fried potstickers meet saucy stir-fried noodles and crisp veggies in this quick and flavorful meal. Ready in under 30 minutes, it’s an easy one-pan dinner that’s just as fun to eat as it is to make.
Ingredients
10–12 frozen potstickers (any variety)
8 oz lo mein or ramen noodles
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
1 cup shredded cabbage
1/2 cup shredded carrots
2 green onions, sliced
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon oyster sauce
1 teaspoon sesame oil
1/4 teaspoon chili flakes (optional)
1 teaspoon sesame seeds (for garnish)
Instructions
- Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add potstickers in a single layer and cook until bottoms are golden, about 2-3 minutes. Add a splash of water, cover, and steam 5-6 minutes. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add garlic and ginger. Cook 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add shredded cabbage, carrots, and half the green onions. Stir-fry 2-3 minutes.
- Cook noodles according to package directions. Drain and add to skillet.
- In a small bowl, whisk soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, and chili flakes. Pour over noodles and toss to coat.
- Add potstickers back to skillet. Gently toss to combine and heat through.
- Garnish with remaining green onions and sesame seeds. Serve hot.
