This Pizza Dip is an irresistible appetizer layered with creamy cheese, zesty marinara sauce, and crispy pepperoni. It’s everything you love about pizza in a bubbling, scoopable form—perfect for game day, parties, or a cozy night in.
Ingredients
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup sour cream or mayonnaise
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 cup marinara or pizza sauce
15–20 slices pepperoni
2 tbsp chopped fresh basil or parsley (optional)
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease an oven-safe baking dish.
2. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream or mayonnaise, Italian seasoning, and garlic powder until smooth.
3. Spread the mixture evenly in the baking dish as the bottom layer.
4. Pour marinara or pizza sauce over the creamy layer and gently spread.
5. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella and Parmesan over the top.
6. Add pepperoni slices evenly across the cheese.
7. Bake for 20–25 minutes, until the cheese is melted, bubbly, and golden.
8. Remove from oven and garnish with chopped basil or parsley.
9. Let sit for 5 minutes before serving with crackers, toasted bread, or veggies.
Notes
Let the cream cheese soften at room temperature for easier mixing.
Don’t overbake—remove from oven as soon as cheese is bubbly and golden.
