Description

If you’re craving a show-stopping, no-bake dessert that layers creamy, crunchy, and chocolatey goodness in one bite, this Peanut Butter Cookie Lasagna is your new go-to. It’s the ultimate treat for peanut butter lovers, combining peanut butter cookies, a silky cream cheese layer, chocolate pudding, and whipped topping—all finished with caramel and fudge drizzle. It’s quick to prep, ideal for parties, and checks all the boxes for an easy dessert, quick party food, or just fun new food ideas.

Ingredients

2 cups crushed peanut butter cookies

8 oz cream cheese, softened

1 cup powdered sugar

1 cup creamy peanut butter

16 oz whipped topping, divided

3.9 oz instant chocolate pudding mix

2 cups cold milk

½ cup caramel sauce

½ cup chocolate ganache or hot fudge

½ cup additional crushed cookies and chopped chocolate (for topping)

2 tbsp melted butter (optional, for crust binding)

Instructions

1. Crush half the peanut butter cookies and press into the bottom of a 9×13-inch baking dish. Combine with melted butter if desired for structure.

2. In a large bowl, blend cream cheese, powdered sugar, and peanut butter until smooth. Fold in half the whipped topping. Spread evenly over the cookie crust.

3. In another bowl, whisk pudding mix with cold milk until thickened. Layer this over the peanut butter mixture.

4. Spread remaining whipped topping over the pudding layer and smooth it out.

5. Drizzle with caramel and chocolate sauce. Sprinkle extra crushed cookies and chopped chocolate on top.

6. Chill in the fridge for at least 4 hours or overnight for best results. Slice and serve cold.

Notes

For a firmer base, blend cookie crumbs with melted butter before pressing into the dish.

Let the dessert chill overnight for the cleanest slices and best texture.

Homemade whipped cream can replace Cool Whip—just whip 2 cups of heavy cream with 2 tbsp powdered sugar.
