Ingredients
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast (diced)
1 package (13 oz) smoked sausage (sliced)
3 cups dry rotini pasta
2 ½ cups chicken broth
1 cup milk (whole or 2%)
1 packet ranch seasoning mix
1 teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon onion powder
½ teaspoon black pepper
1 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
4 oz cream cheese (softened)
Fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)

Heat olive oil in a large skillet or Dutch oven over medium-high heat. Add diced chicken and cook until golden, about 5–6 minutes.
