This One-Pan Creamy Sweet and Spicy Cajun Chicken Pasta delivers tender, perfectly seasoned chicken over ribbons of fettuccine in a luscious cream sauce. Balanced with Cajun spice, a touch of honey, and a rich Parmesan finish, it’s an easy weeknight dinner that feels gourmet.


Ingredients

2 boneless skinless chicken breasts

12 oz fettuccine pasta

2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning

1 teaspoon paprika

3 cloves garlic minced

1 cup heavy cream

1 cup Parmesan cheese grated

2 tablespoons olive oil

2 tablespoons butter

2 tablespoons honey

2 tablespoons fresh parsley chopped

1 teaspoon red pepper flakes optional

Salt to taste

Black pepper to taste


Instructions

1. Season chicken with Cajun seasoning, paprika, salt, and pepper.

2. Heat olive oil and butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

3. Sear chicken 4–5 minutes per side until golden and cooked through; remove and rest.

4. Cook pasta in salted water until al dente, reserving 1 cup of pasta water.

5. In the same skillet, sauté garlic until fragrant.

6. Lower heat, add cream, honey, Parmesan, and a pinch of Cajun seasoning. Stir until smooth.

7. Add pasta to the sauce, tossing to coat. Add pasta water as needed.

8. Slice chicken and arrange over pasta.

9. Garnish with parsley and red pepper flakes before serving.

Notes

Use freshly grated Parmesan for the best melting and flavor.

Let chicken rest before slicing to retain juices.

Adjust Cajun seasoning to taste for more or less heat.
