One-Pan Creamy Cajun Honey Garlic Steak Pasta combines juicy seared steak with velvety pasta soaked in a rich Cajun-spiced garlic cream sauce. Balanced with a touch of sweetness from honey and the warmth of smoked paprika, this one-pan meal delivers comforting flavor with easy cleanup. Perfect for weeknight indulgence or impressing guests, it’s hearty, satisfying, and irresistibly delicious.

Ingredients

1 lb sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces

8 oz fettuccine or tagliatelle pasta

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 tablespoon butter

4 cloves garlic, minced

2 tablespoons honey

1 ½ teaspoons Cajun seasoning

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

½ teaspoon chili flakes (optional)

1 cup heavy cream

½ cup beef broth

Salt and pepper, to taste

1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

½ cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)

Instructions

  1. Pat steak pieces dry and season with salt, pepper, and half of the Cajun seasoning.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high. Sear steak in batches for 2-3 minutes per side until browned. Set aside.
  3. Lower heat to medium. Add butter and sauté garlic for 30 seconds. Stir in honey, remaining Cajun seasoning, smoked paprika, and chili flakes.
  4. Pour in beef broth and heavy cream. Stir to deglaze the pan and bring to a gentle simmer.
  5. Add pasta directly into the sauce. Cover and cook for 10-12 minutes, stirring occasionally until tender.
  6. Return steak to the pan. Add Parmesan if using. Stir and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  7. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot.
