Ingredients
2 cups apple cider
1 cup cranberry juice (100% juice, no sugar added)
1 cup orange juice (freshly squeezed preferred)
1 cup sparkling water or ginger ale
1 orange, sliced
1 lime, sliced
1/2 cucumber, sliced
1 apple, diced
1/2 cup cranberries (fresh or frozen)
1/2 cup pineapple chunks
1/2 cup mango chunks
1 cinnamon stick
Fresh mint leaves for garnish
Ice cubes (optional)
Instructions
- Prepare the Fruit – Wash all fruits thoroughly. Slice the orange, lime, and cucumber into thin rounds. Dice the apple, and cut the pineapple and mango into small chunks. Rinse the cranberries if using fresh ones.
- Mix the Base – In a large pitcher or punch bowl, combine the apple cider, cranberry juice, and orange juice. Stir well.
- Add the Fruit & Spices – Add all the prepared fruits and the cinnamon stick to the juice mixture. Stir gently to help the flavors blend.
- Chill the Sangria – Cover the pitcher and refrigerate for at least 2 hours (or overnight) to allow the flavors to meld.
- Add Sparkle & Serve – Just before serving, pour in the sparkling water or ginger ale. Stir gently, then serve over ice with fresh mint garnish. Enjoy!
