Description

These No-Bake Cinnamon Roll Truffles are creamy, spiced, bite-sized treats that taste just like cinnamon rolls but require zero oven time. Perfect for holidays, dessert trays, or anytime indulgence!


Ingredients

1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs

4 oz cream cheese, softened

½ cup powdered sugar

1 tsp ground cinnamon

¼ tsp ground nutmeg (optional)

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 cup white chocolate melts

½ cup dark chocolate melts (for drizzle)


Instructions

1. Add graham crackers to a food processor and pulse until finely crushed.

2. Add cream cheese, powdered sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg (if using), and vanilla extract. Blend until a soft dough forms.

3. Scoop and roll the mixture into small balls using your hands.

4. Place truffles on a parchment-lined baking sheet and freeze for 20–30 minutes.

5. Melt the white chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl.

6. Dip each chilled truffle into melted white chocolate and set back on the tray.

7. Melt dark chocolate and drizzle over the coated truffles using a fork or piping bag.

8. Let the chocolate set at room temperature or chill in the fridge before serving.

Notes

Chill truffle dough longer if it’s too soft to roll cleanly.

Use high-quality chocolate for smoother melting and better flavor.

Add a pinch of salt to enhance the cinnamon flavor if using unsalted graham crackers.
