Description

Creamy, dreamy, and irresistibly indulgent, this no-bake dessert features layers of crushed Biscoff cookies, luscious cream cheese filling, fresh banana slices, and gooey caramel drizzle. Perfect for gatherings, quick treats, or make-ahead magic—it’s comfort and decadence in every bite.

Ingredients

2 cups Biscoff cookies, crushed

3 ripe bananas, sliced

2 cups whipped cream or Cool Whip

8 oz cream cheese, softened

1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

½ cup caramel sauce

Instructions

1. Crush the Biscoff cookies in a zip-top bag using a rolling pin. Reserve some crumbs for topping.

2. Beat cream cheese in a bowl until smooth. Add sweetened condensed milk and vanilla; mix well. Gently fold in the whipped cream.

3. In a trifle bowl or cups, layer crushed cookies, banana slices, and cream filling. Repeat the layers.

4. Top with more whipped cream, sprinkle reserved cookie crumbs, and drizzle caramel sauce.

5. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.

Notes

Use very ripe bananas for natural sweetness.

Gently fold whipped cream to keep it airy.

A clear glass dish showcases the beautiful layers.
