Mini Garlic Toast Pizzas are the perfect blend of crispy garlic bread, zesty marinara, and melty cheese topped with savory pepperoni. They’re quick, customizable, and ready in under 15 minutes. Great for kids, parties, or a snackable dinner option.
Ingredients
6 slices frozen garlic toast
½ cup marinara sauce
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
18 slices pepperoni
½ teaspoon Italian seasoning (optional)
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 425°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or spray with non-stick spray.
2. Arrange garlic toast slices on the baking sheet and bake for 4–5 minutes until just beginning to crisp.
3. Remove from oven and spoon marinara sauce evenly over each slice.
4. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese generously over the sauce.
5. Add 3 pepperoni slices per toast and sprinkle with Italian seasoning if using.
6. Return to the oven and bake for another 6–8 minutes, until cheese is melted and slightly golden.
7. Remove from oven and let cool for 1–2 minutes before serving warm.
Notes
For extra crispiness, toast the garlic bread slightly longer during the first bake.
Use a pizza blend cheese for a more complex flavor.
