A rich and creamy pasta bake, this Million Dollar Ravioli Casserole combines cheesy ravioli, seasoned beef, and a luscious blend of cream cheese, sour cream, and cottage cheese. Topped with bubbly mozzarella and Parmesan, it’s the perfect comfort food for family dinners or potluck gatherings.
Ingredients
1 (25 oz) bag frozen cheese ravioli
1 lb ground beef
4 oz cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup cottage cheese
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 cups marinara sauce
Fresh parsley, chopped (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- In a skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain fat. Season with salt, pepper, and optional herbs.
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream, and cottage cheese until smooth.
- Spread a thin layer of marinara sauce on the bottom of the baking dish.
- Layer half the ravioli, half the cheese mixture, half the beef, and more marinara. Repeat layers.
- Top with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
- Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes.
- Remove foil and bake an additional 15-20 minutes, until top is bubbly and golden.
- Let sit 5-10 minutes before serving. Garnish with parsley if desired.
