Description

A rich and creamy pasta bake, this Million Dollar Ravioli Casserole combines cheesy ravioli, seasoned beef, and a luscious blend of cream cheese, sour cream, and cottage cheese. Topped with bubbly mozzarella and Parmesan, it’s the perfect comfort food for family dinners or potluck gatherings.


Ingredients

1 (25 oz) bag frozen cheese ravioli

1 lb ground beef

4 oz cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup sour cream

1/2 cup cottage cheese

2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

2 cups marinara sauce

Fresh parsley, chopped (optional, for garnish)


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. In a skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain fat. Season with salt, pepper, and optional herbs.
  3. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream, and cottage cheese until smooth.
  4. Spread a thin layer of marinara sauce on the bottom of the baking dish.
  5. Layer half the ravioli, half the cheese mixture, half the beef, and more marinara. Repeat layers.
  6. Top with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
  7. Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes.
  8. Remove foil and bake an additional 15-20 minutes, until top is bubbly and golden.
  9. Let sit 5-10 minutes before serving. Garnish with parsley if desired.
