Ingredients

Feta Cheese (Block Style)

Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Fresh Garlic

Dried Oregano

Fresh Thyme or Rosemary (Optional)

Red Pepper Flakes

Lemon Zest

Cracked Black Pepper


Instructions

  1. Prepare the Feta: Cut feta into 1/2 inch cubes.
  2. Layer the Flavors: Place feta in a bowl. Sprinkle garlic, oregano, thyme/rosemary, and red pepper flakes.
  3. Add Olive Oil: Pour olive oil to mostly submerge the feta.
  4. Add Finishing Touches: Zest lemon over the top and finish with cracked pepper.
